Why Sports Tourism in Chitwan?

Chitwan is one of the richest district of Nepal. Mainly it is know for its national resources, Agriculture tourism, dense forest and religious temples. Also know for its cultural diversity, as almost every caste of Nepal occupies this region. Chitwan lies in the southern, central part of Nepal, conveniently connected to Kathmandu & Pokhara by Pritivi Highway and to eastern & western Nepal by Mahendra Highway. There are two airports, one cable car and of course the world famous Chitwan National Park. Devghat, Bikram BaBa, Madi Godak Mela & Golaghat include the important religious destinations of Chitwan. The Meghauli, Sauraha and Newly developing Seraichuli trekking routes also attract many tourists. Chitwan is the second highest tourist destination of Nepal. This is why the Narayani sports club wants to design yet another attraction for Chitwan sports tourism.
